    Default Launch Issue! Help

    Anyone able to help?? I have downloaded the full english translation and music update files (All 14 of them) and unzipped the lot to run the setup. I have checked the directry and it has installed to the kingdoms mod folder. I have tried to run the game from the desk top short cut but i get an error message saying

    "Windows cannot find 'Kingdoms exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again

    I also have the thrid age mod installed and that runs fine!

    What version are you talking about? 1.4.3 just cam out. No English patch yet for it.

    I havefull english version mov ver 1.4.2 downloaded from

    Like i said it downloaded fine, Installed fine, is in the correct directory just wont launch!

    Failing on launch?

    Can not start campaign?

    Failing on launch, click on the short cut and error message appears

    Post your log please. I need to see what errors your getting.

    If you do not know how
    Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 

    1- Grab your warhammer_system.log. (Located @ \Medieval II Total War\logs)

    2- Paste a copy to your desktop.

    3- Compress it with a zip program and attach it to your next post.

    4- If you do not know how to attach files to post.

    5- In post click go advanced.

    6- Click the symbol.

    7- Select the browse your computer.

    8- Select the compressed warhammer_system.log.

    9- Select upload.

    try launching the game again. Then right after post log.

    Sorted I thought i had the dirtectory correct but alas i didnt lol
