How to instal GIMP plugins?

I can't get it good.

I take it you use wingimp

When you get a plugin make sure if it is for your version wingimp, and not for the linux version, so any .tgz file would be useless to you anyway - these are Linux only.

If that's not exactly your problem please be more specific.

Put them in GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins
