A little question

I've always found funny these barbarian voices that tell about important events during a battle (like: "your warlord runs from enemy. Why should our warriors fight for an old woman like him?" ). How can I make other non-barbarian factions in RTW have them, or at least listen to these voices?

On those voices, I found one that was interesting.

The enemy run like sheep, hunt them sheep make good eating.

Is he suggesting cannibalism, although I wouldn't put it above those barbaric people.

It is something like: "The warlord of the enemy army is running like a startled (sp?) goat. Hunt him! Goats make good eating! ".
