    Default Dead factions still have units/agents

    I'm playing SS 6.4 and I noticed a very weird occurrence: some factions who have already been eliminated suddenly received agents on the map.
    I'm the Byzantine Empire, turn 100-110 (around 1200 AD), Sicily and Seljuks have both been dead for decades, but there is a Seljuk imam in the middle of Anatolia and 2 Seljuk merchants. In the island of Sicily (which I own), every turn a rebel general is spawned and every time I kill him, the game next turn announces that the Kingdom of Sicily has been destroyed.

    It's a known bug.

    Roz's mini-mod pack for SS6.4 has replacement scripts for priest, ship and merchant spawn and spawning new heirs

    these limit spawning to factions with more than one settlement, which should solve that problem.

    you may want to cut and paste the relevant sections into your campaign_script as the supplied c_s won't necessarily be the same as the one you are currently using.
