    Installed the 3.0 + 4.2 patch - installed OK.

    played a siege battle as defenders. attackers irish, defenders English.

    Irish use catapult against wooden walls - damage but fail to completely destroy 2 sections of wall, target a tower and destroy that, then target another tower hit and ooops:

    an entire unit of archers dies all at once on the section of wall to the right of the gate.
    (the wall had been damaged previously, but the catapult hit the tower to the right of the dead men.

    I hope this isn't a feature of this mod.

    Maybe the Luck of the Irish?

    Will have a longer look at mod - perhaps port over the Perm stone forts mod from stainless steel (without the ambient buildings and pkh castles.)

    Really? I never found this happening in my game, either in KGCM 4.2 or HHB addon-on, like most mods I know so far, siege engines are simply not that powerful as what your interesting(impressive? huh, maybe not to the poor AI archers on the top of the wall founding. They never get such an easy kill like flies~

    Hi y'all.
    could well be one of those 1:1,000,000 chances or a vanilla game bug.
    I doubt a BAI would cause an entire unit to die just because one of their number is killed.
    (I checked the end of battle stats - and 1 member of the unit was shown as having died - the rest i suppose lay down for a quick nap until the battle was over.)

    Am used to the Germaniu5 BAIs with SS - damn clever stuff, although prone to the odd CTD. Latest versions seemed pretty good though.

    Was using vanilla Mod 3.0 +4.2 patch nothing else.
    (Ill try out the HHb sub-mod soon. see how the perm forts work with it.)
    the BAI was strange in that it hit two walls to 80-90% damage and then stopped and changed target.

    the perm forts are coming along quite nicely - will leave a large chunk of the map without them so you can choose where to put the forts.
    (There's a choice of 20!)

    @Rovanov,

    Welcome to the KGCM forum mate, this mod uses Lusteds CAI + BAI (HHB uses XAI I believe). I'm not sure how to explain the AI there but you know what it can be like sometimes. Overall though I must say I find Lusteds BAI to be the most solid and reliable. Perhaps there are some better BAI's out there now which can give it a run for its money, but I haven't found non yet.

    Hmm, Iv played KGCM pretty extensively and I'v never had that happen.
