    Default Win7 EU3

I just ordered EU3 complete and was wondering, does it work on Windows 7?

Yes, it will work completely fine.

The only one thing of note which applies to both Vista and 7. I would advise either Disabling UAC, or if you don't want to do that, install the game outside Program Files. If UAC is enabled and the game is installed in Program Files, Windows decides to move your saves, and more annoyingly, part of the map cache, into a hidden directory.

User Account Control. In layman's terms, that's the thing that gives you a "Do you want to run this?" message everytime you try to start something. It's essentially a security feature, but for some reason it likes to move files around.

If you want to disable it, go Control Panel, User Accounts, Click on Yours and the option should be there. If you want to keep it, just make sure to install the game OUTSIDE program files and everything will be fine.

Musthavename has covered everything that needs to be said. Just confirming it, I'm on 7 no UAC, it runs perfectly.
I thought about writing something clever, but then I remembered I'm not clever enough.
