Not able to choose the language

Hi at all, i've downloaded empire II today from steam. In the option isn't impossible select different language than english. On steam forum i found one topic that talk about it. There was only an "answer": search for an add-on on totalwar website(!?).
But i know that empire2, like the other total war, are in "all" languages!
Someone can help me please?

There are no language packs for Medieval2. The disc version is/was offered in many languages. You are dealing with Steam on this one. Probably it comes down to the isp you are using and the generic Steam language it picks from there.
