    Default Random crashes

    My game had worked completely fine from purchase to now, however, it started (after 100 or so hours) to crash randomly during large-scale battles. However, these battles are at a good rate of FPS beforehand.



    So, it may not be of great standing - but it works and is above the minimum. I am just wondering if there are any files that may cause this slow deterioration of time allowance on the game before it crashes and whether it is fixable.

    I have reconfigured my laptop, I normally run on 1.6GB of RAM before I start the game, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I ventilate my laptop so that it doesn't overheat. The entire laptop is fine, my belief is that it may be the game and its reaction to something? I don't quite understand why it works one minute and then crashes the next.

    To be the bearer of bad news but you are not going to get any better performance. You may buy more time using Game Booster to shut down many programs running in the background.

    This game does not like overclocks and that could be part of your problem, too, even if it takes a while playing for it to raise its ugly head.

    No, not quite overclocked my system. Just freed up some space. I use iObit Advanced SystemCare, Smart RAM and Game Booster - along with defragmentation programmes. I wouldn't know how to overclock my processor etc, haha! Once again, it's the hero of technical support answering my question! May these battles be cut short for the simple reason that my unit size is up to 'ultra' rather than sticking to 'medium'? That's what I've been thinking...
