Yeah the Roman Empire is hard. U start with -2500 and there's a huge turkish army to cope with, and u have very little troops in the region, just enough to keep order in the cities.
You fear the Unibrow. That shows RESPECT.
Play until 1205 at least. You'll see
I wonder why nobody has actually googled "1204" yet...

Well, i know what happened in 1204. In fact, the events of that year are the main reason for the decline and downfall of Byzantium - they're not the only cause (hey, internal roman/byzantine power struggles played a big part in the events of that fateful year, too, and they would continue afterwards), but they definitely triggered those fading two final centuries of the Roman Empire.
But i didn't look into the files yet. I guess you added some nice script...
EDIT: checked it nowHave to try it in-game

Let me just say that the first 10 years should be used very carefully...
I mean, you wouldn't want to be taken by surprise by a Venetian fleet capturing 8/10 of your settlements in one turn:

Unfortunatly, there is a 20 faction limit, so we can't have everything we want. And Georgia would be far removed from the main game, so they wouldn't contribute to much to gameply, wherewise Bohemia is right in the action of central Europe, surronded by powerful nations, great for a player who wants a challenge. Besides, the game is not all about the crusades, and its nice to have a Czech faction.

Don't do the custom campaigns, do the grand campaign, as that is the FCRC campaign.
I don't think they'd be that far removed, they'd be in the thick of a particular event in the mid 13th century! It is unfortunate, but the faction limit is... limiting. Personally I think a Georgian faction would be great, but then again I don't want the Byzantine campaign to become IMPOSSIBLE. >.<Unfortunatly, there is a 20 faction limit, so we can't have everything we want. The mod isn't just about the Crusades; it's about Europe in the 13th century in general, even though the name doesn't suggest it (Hey! It wasn't my idea!)

Rightwingers, like in the past the epitome of incompetence, except for evilness where they own the mastership.

Any chance for this exam? Very low, because the established Anthropocentrism destroys the basis of existence.

Interesting about the resolution, eventhough I have the the resolution set at a different size in the game, it still opens using the resolution of the desk top. In order to play the game I have to resize the desktop and restart the game. Just an FYI
