Default windowed mode, for the last time.

guys, I tried finding everywhere whether rome can be played in a windowed mode, but i could only find threads and stuff from like years back etc. without results

but maybe, in recent discoveries, a way has been found! is my thought at the moment.

so, has anyone got a way to play RTW in a window?

    thanks!

right click on your shortcut for rome total war

    hit properties

look down and find the line ending with:
    "...(some stuff).../RomeTW.exe"

    change the ending to:
    "...(some stuff).../RomeTW.exe -ne"

[don't forget the space bar between the .exe part and the -ne part]

    hope this helps

Does this work for mods as well?

Edit: I tried it and it didn't work for RTW nor BI nor DTW nor ALX

I don't have the steam version, just a regular copy of v1.5 and the expansions
