    Default 1.42 Diplomacy Error

    As Dwarfs, I took Drakenhof while it's was under an Empire Holy crusade. If I try to give it back to Empire there's a crash.

    (can't provide a log, but happens consistently regardless of turn#.. ect. So thought I'd post it here)

    This seems related to the 62/63 bug (at least in my game).
