Ability to liberate Spain?

    Is there any way to take all of Spain's territories then liberate it, or should I just liberate Catalonia and let them take Spain?

    As far as I'm aware, the only possible way would be to give Madrid to another nation, and then quickly take it back, which will give you the option to liberate Spain once Madrid is in your hands again. That is assuming Spain has been destroyed.
