How i must get the black away.

i work in photoshop but i see your problem you have changed the shape of the shield but not the alpha channel.
copy shape on to alpha channel and black out white corners

well could download photoshop trail for 30 days or download GIMP witch free and alot then paint

This is such a commong problem, even CA had this problem with some units in BI.

You need tga dds plugin for photoshop or some sort of software that saves the alpha channel as a separate file, like graphics converter 3 (GC3/GCX3)
