My solders don't fire from the castle walls :< do you have same problem ? i'm thinking about the maruders axe thowers .

Hm no issues here, But haven't used the axe throwers!

My gun users may fire a partial volley, then stop for the most part. I think this is something inherent with Medieval II though.

Yes, Marauder axe throwers cannot throw from walls. Only from the ground. I have had this now and had it back in 1.3.1.
