[SOLVED] Unable to Take First Turn?

So in Third Age: Total War I tried switching from Eriador to Arnor by making Byzantium playable and going through all the files to make it work. I got it working, but Aragorn and Gandalf had weird textures, so I tried to fix that. Yet somehow, now, after going through the files, whenever I start the campaign, I never get my first turn. Instead, it's a different faction's turn, and mine never comes around.

I'm gonna keep messing with it, but does anyone have any ideas?

EDIT:: Found the solution. Had two conflicting "byzantium" factions in the descr_strat. Thus the problem. Thanks anyway!
