CTD :Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit

Hi, dudes i'm giving more troubles.
Today i'm trying add war wagons to game but when appears a CTD i delete all entries but CTD continues. I followed Ishan Tutorial for unpack specified files, i replaced all txt files and add my entries ut CTD continues, i REINSTALLED the game and CTD continues. I checked all entries but all are fine i don't what's bad i think one entry it's de bad

What vervion of Windows for starters?

Did you delete the two geography files after unpacking?

Are you modding vanilla or is it a modfolder?

What does the log say?

2nd: Affirmative
3rd: Vanilla
4rt: A lot of lines say checking packs and in the end "Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit"

1st Disable the UAC.
3rd. Do you have the io = filefirst command in the cfg preferably set read-only?
4th Is error set to trace?

Modifying vanilla is not wise because if you miss a backup you are reinstalling all over, again, from scratch. The idea of mod folders.

I tryied to make one a lot of times but crash when i start to play

and set read-only.

What's the difference?

I haven't tried that one. Change the *script* to * and see if it makes a difference.
