6.4 Recruitment slots not working properly

I have checked the export_descr_buildings.txt and it says Kievan Rus should have
2 units of Dismounted Druzhina recruitable in castle (fortress) barracks.
Well, it does not work! Kievan Rus has 1 Dismounted Druzhina slot in Bryansk fortress with barracks! I have checked the descr_strat.txt file and it says Bryansk belongs to Kievan Rus (so the hidden resource is activated and should give 2 slots there).

Novgorod works fine, they have 2 Dismounted Druzhina slots in Pskov or Ryazan.
Note that both Kievan Rus and Novgorod has the same slot/replenish ratio values, but somehow it doesn't work for Kievan Rus.

How can i fix it to get guaranteed 2 slots in barracks ?

Hidden resources are determined by descr_regions.txt, not the descr_strat file.

Nevermind, it says Bryansk is Kievan Rus in descr_regions.txt.
So, any idea how to get proper recruitment with Kievan Rus ?

you need hidden resource russia, and Bryansk is kievan_rus

recruit_pool "Dismounted Druzhina" 1 0.34 2 0 requires factions { kievan_rus, } and hidden_resource russia
recruit_pool "Dismounted Druzhina" 0 0.25 1 0 requires factions { kievan_rus, } and not hidden_resource russia
