So I'm sitting around with nothing to do. I don't have any classes this semester, and I am still waiting to find out if I get accepted into grad school. Too much free time! So I'm going ot put it to good use.
I own Rome, Medieval, Empire, and Napoleon Total War (as well as some other strategy games).
I want to play a campaign that stretches across all of them, specifically as France. Here's a provisional timeline:
476-600 --> Ruins of Glory mod for R:TW (for the Franks)
601-1080 --> ??????
1081-1453 --> Pro Deo Et Rege for M2:TW
1453-1700 --> Europa Universalis III
1700-1797 --> The Rights of Man for E:TW
1797-1815 --> La Montée de l'Empire for N:TW
1836-1936 --> Victoria II
1936-1948 --> Hearts of Iron III
I'm obviously missing a big gap there in the "Dark Ages" and I'd prefer to switch out the Paradox games for Total War mods (at least as much as possible). So that's where you guys come in!
Any mod suggestions?
Any "house rules" you'd suggest for this undertaking?
What should I name this ridiculous investment of time?
Should I chronicle it with screenshots or something?
Can you help me live my dream TWC?
