    Default Unable to access RomeShell

    Hey guys.

    The ~ symbol doesnt work and I cant pull down the console menu to input
    code. This has been going on and off for the past 2 months now. The ~ and
    the ` both share the same button and Im on a laptop. Ive hear several ways
    to fix this issue, ive tried the all except but one and I dont know how to
    do it. So if there are any ideas, please pass them along. Thanks

    thats the just the thing. I cant pull down the RomeShell console. It wont let me. The ~ key wont work.
