Modders come and go, and we have plenty of tools which are no longer maintained.
Like only recently I took alpaca's UI layout converter, added README, created test suite,
fixed some bugs, updated it to handle some Version033 files, and now everybody's happy ;-)
90% of work was done by alpaca, but because the tool was not maintained, few people could use it.
Is it possible to find all such abandoned modding tools for which source code exists,
and either find new home and new maintainers for them, or at least have them listed somewhere in a single place.
I could probably take care of most Ruby/Python tools - these fit together very well with what I'm doing anyway.
For all the .NET/VB/etc. tools it will probably need to be someone else. Any volunteers?
