Constructive Feedback for Future Patches
Note: This is theorycrafting based on what ive seen in my played campaigns thus far.
Lets talk about factions with a good amount of settlements:
The great seljuks have a good starting position and a huge amount of settlements.
But if you play as that faction, ull notice that the problem with that faction is money, and once u expand enough ull have to contend with multiple directional attacks from different factions.
Now, the AI financial boost fixes this problem, but to an overextended amount.
The Great Seljuk AI expands very fast and masses troops very quickly due to the amount of money the script gives to said faction, making campaigns as a smaller faction (Georgia for example), not very pleasant for a bad faction manager such as me. (This is theorycrafting, see note).
One suggested fix for this is that the financial boost is adjusted based on the campaign difficulty that the player has chosen.
Right now its too hard to play as some factions even on easy difficulty.
I hope i helped.

Re: Constructive Feedback for Future Patches
In the next version of BC (V2.3) the Great seljuks will be removed and replaced by the Malikate of Mazandaran.
In the verion after that (3.0) everything will change. See this link, open the spoilers.

The change in V2.3, will make it easier for the Mazandaran and Georgia. If you don't like the financial system, you can change it manually in with the file: SEGA\Medieval II Total War\broken_crescent\data\descr_settlement_mechanics.xml

Re: Constructive Feedback for Future Patches
Small correction - in version 2.3 the Great Seljuks will be replaced by the Seljuks of Hamadan. Mazandaran is out of scope of 2.3.
