So, I decided to play a bit of Napoleon: Total War after an hour or so on my laptop doing work. I started a new campaign as the French as my Prussian campaign had gone terribly wrong (too many enemies at one time). I played for almost two hours, and I was sieging Venice after I had taken Tyrol. Everything was fine. Ended my turn (yay, autosave), then the delightful Austrians decided to come out of their cave, attacking me. I thought, 'why not'. I clicked 'attack', then I thought, oh no... it's going to bloody well crash, isn't it?
Fortunately, I survived the battle, my army destroyed theirs and it was all happy and cheery. Start of the new turn, probably best to save it! It was a bloody long and hard battle! Clicked on menu (it was performing fine) then bam! When I pressed the 'save' button it crashed. This continuously happens to me, whether it be half-way through a battle or when I'm about to save my game! It's very annoying.
In fact, to make possibilities of it not crashing I dimmed down the graphics, played using Game Booster and gave my laptop room to breath - it's not even that hot! Then it went and crashed. Also, the French uniforms have white where it should be blue? It's odd, I heard it's a bug - is there any way to fix that too?
Thanks in advance!
