    Hey, guys!

    Can someone who make this units compatible with Baron and Expanded Map post a link to download the edited files? Or a tutorial teaching me to add units to the game. I'm trying to do that, but my game crashes.

    Here are the files you need for the Extraordinary Units with BS 5 and Expanded map. I've tested with both custom battles and the campaign.

    The edb files go in the data directory and the battle_models.modeldb file goes in the \Third_Age_3\data\unit_models directory

    Recruitment for the Bomb throwers is only at Orthanc every 10 turns (you can change this if you want)
    Recuitment for the Flame throwers requires the gold resource and 80 Melkor follower percentage.
    Recruitment for the Beast Slayers requires you to do Total Recruitment and reunite the kingdom. The beast slayers are in archery buildings in the northern kingdom if you get Dunedain percentage to 80.

    Hey, Ministry, did you make this compatible with FROME, too? I saw some FROME units on export_descr_unit.

    Also... I was thinking... can someone make Uruk-Hai infantry start with an armor like the Uruk-Hai Bombs? Then when you upgrade the armor, this change! Also, the uruk captain model can be a last armor upgrade, too. I know the models already exist, but they need shields, and I dont know how to do that.

    I love to play with Isengard! I rebalance the uruks in my game to be stronger, more hardy, less numerous and expensive (Beserkers also are more effective and a lot more expensive, making then a elite units for Isengard). In the original LOTR, a regular uruk is far more a stronger warrior than the regular human.

    Yeah, I wanted to put some of the FROME dunlending units in there like the Isenmach Raiders but couldnt get the models to behave themselves. I'm a big FROME fan so we'll see if I can get them to work in the future.

    Thank you Ministry for making this compatible with BS5 and the expanded map version, I tried to do this myself and failed utterly..... so thank you again. Maybe the Baron will include this as well when he gets back from his current project. That would be great. Cheers!

    I'll have to do another install to go backward to vanilla BS 5.1. I'll upload when I do but you should try the expanded map, it really enhances the game a lot I think.

    These units are a LOT of fun to play with indeed! There are already unit cards for all three extraordinary units included in the download.

    Anyone figure out how to fix the size of the missile thrown by the bombers?

    I have plans for many more units but further modding contributions from me are currently in limbo.

    Good ideas and units , but the flamethrower isn't my fav , even though it's not completely off the lore .

    AFAIK, the point of these units (at least the uruk-hai grenadiers and rhun flamethrowers) is to do away with lore and just make some fun, yet overpowered units. Dunedain beast-slayers seem balanced, however.
