Louis I tried the Uruks and I had the impression the projectile was a bit too big. They are the same size as catapult rocks. Is there any way to shrink them to the size of grenades, for example?

you can't just "make" it compatible... I can add them to custom battles but to add them to buildings would unbalance the game... the Uruk bombers themselves wipeout and entire unit in one throw... if I was deciding I wouldn't even put them in the building events or maybe they could be recruited every 100 turns...that would need to be specified because if Isengard recruits bombers the game is over. I suggest you take 30 minutes to learn how to add them, it is quite fun, just backup and be careful...there are many awesome tutorials explaining how to do it.
Yes, they are powerful but not all powerful. Remember there are Trolls, Ents, Balrog and Elefants already so its important to require Isengard and be less common than .15. Guards of the Orthanc are recruitable once every 20 turns and one single unit of bombs every 10 turns or so isnt going to upset the balance of the game like you think. They can be charged like Javelin's so their bombs dont even go off - happening a lot in my campaign and you have to micro them to get back at range. Bombs also hit your own troops occasionally so its not a "fire and forget" type weapon either.![]()

Ok , so I've managed to get flamethrowers and uruk bombers working on Baron Samedi 5.0, but , I don't know why, I get a CDT everytime I try to use troll slayers in custom battle (haven't tested them in campaign though)

same thing. Just remove an 'officer' entry in export_descr_unit.txt for troll slayers. It helps me, Looks like officer is bad
Just look for the entry correspondent to the officer and add it in the battle_model files and you can keep the officer. You were probably just adding the model correspondent to the unit and not adding the officer entry and model. In the export description unit you always need to check not only if the model correspondent to the soldier is present in the battle_models file. Always remember to check if the officers have their entry in the battle_models file. And if the unit is cavalry remember to check if the mount model is there. Also there are some units that will have different models for the soldier line and the upgrade lines. The upgrade lines in export description unit work the same way as the soldier line, they can have their own custom model entry in the unit_models file.
