Just like in RL - try to save money, instead of spending them every turn. You don't have to build every turn, after all.

yes but the costs for buildings is too high in relation with the income and in order to build an army i mustn't build any building at all

I understand that in your opinion costs are too high, but I assure you that with proper saving it is absolutely possible to win a campaign playing any faction - even Solankis, who have in their roster most costly units in BC.

As Mihajlo asked - what faction are you playing?

In the first ~30 turns, you will have too less money. When you start expending your territories, securing borders, you will slowly decrase your debts. Aremnia is the only faction that will start without losing money. When you conquer Antioch, you will heavilly increase your budget.
With the turks, I conquered the current turkish area. I have enough money to construct buildings in all my settlements. Most of the anatolian settlements have +2000 income because of the trade. I am playing on H/H, i am on the ~70th turn and the game has become boring with the ~20.000 net income every turn.
I hope to see in Bc 2.3 and 3.0 a higher income in the first turns and a lower income in the later turns.

Okay, a we will provide every player with a free pizza after every week of playing BC!

But seriously - economy in 2.3 will not be touched (maybe except higher building costs to lengthen development of player's state).

Attacking rebels, enemy's and sacking their city will provide you some gold. Also farms in BC gives more money then in other mods. I usually build units in first few turns, nothing else, then i go to rampage with those and conquer some settlements. Also if you have chance to siege n capture some settlement in 1st turn, do it, dont wait... btw which faction?

NOOOOOOOO! Don't do it, it just fine, leave it like that. I remember I cannot build anything in Medieval Total War 1 since the costs are exorbitant and the turn it takes is like forever. Just don't, I beg you guys!!!!!!!!!!

One of the things I like most about BC is the economy (and everything else that increases difficulty).

As you probably noticed, every faction (at least I think so 90% sure) starts out with a declining economy, some factions worse then others but all in all you are going to loose 1500-3000 florins next turn due to it. I have found that the best way to handle this problem is to spend every florin possible on recruiting troops (mercenarys also, sometimes u got cash left but often mercs are just better+faster). This will put your faction in debt for some time and it can take a while to pay off the debt, however, with the troops you bought you are able to take more cities much faster and in the end you will profit quite a lot from this.
