Character Traits and Veterancy stats

Hello. I've been playing playing the mod for a few months now. I've done the fellowship campaign and am currently doing a campaign as dale (I defeated Rhun and actually have Mordor surrounded now

Also attacking Isengard and Harad so I'm doing quite well). Now the one thing that I feel could have saved me alot of trouble in money and time is better character traits. Since I don't know the inner workings of the base game too well (it terms of stats and whatnot)

I was wondering if there was a big list or anything that shows all the character traits and how to get them as well as the unique ones for the mod. I had read that having high taxes before finishes building is good and not building taverns and such is also good but I know there's more to it than that.

Also, I was wondering if there was a place that had all the veterancy statistics? Many of my troops are in the gold vet level but I don't know what kind of bonuses they actually get...I know attack and melee goes up but there are other changes like my calvary being faster. Could someone direct me to the character traits and vet levels or list them here if they are not elsewhere? I couldn't find them anywhere else.

This answers some of my questions but could anyone tell me what kinds of traits on generals and spies/assassins were changed from the base game? Also I would appreciate advice on getting good traits and such.

Also, were the experience bonuses changed at all?

Look here. You'll find a full list of traits and retinue, their triggers, and a bunch of other stuff. The site is only updated as far as the 1.4 release though.
