    Default Merchant's guild traits

    This is more of a bug-fix issue, but since I'm trying to resolve it through modding the character traits scripting, I guess I'll ask here. Ever since my most recent install, Merchant's guilds don't give free points to units trained in settlements with merchant's guilds, nor do the master or hq versions give an empire-wide bonus. However, they'll get +1 finance in all settlements if I have a master Assassin's guild. I've checked the export_description_character_traits file, and everything seems to be scripted the right way, at least to my understanding. Does this look right

    or did the file get messed up or something? I'm not entirely sure how to proceed.

    If you have modded this EDCT file then make sure you launch the game with IO command in your .cfg file.
