Some cities not attackable?
Recently I encountered some rebel cities which could not be attacked, strangely. No matter from which direction I tried, the city just could not be targeted. So far I've only seen this in the far eastern provinces with the bactrians. Is this some kind of bug?
By the way, I'm using RTR Gold with DMC 5.06

It would be a better idea, if you haven't done so already, to post this problem on the RTR.org tech forum. You'll get a faster response there by RTR's own tech guys.

Are you using any minimods such as Metropolis or anything else?

Yes, I have. The Metropolis mod is included in Draknar's Mod Collection 5.06 along with some others.
