Default Good deal for large / high resolution computer monitors.

Flatscreen is not a requirement, I just want something bigger and better than my current, however I am looking for a good deal. I am browsing newegg and my graphics card supports a maximum of 2560 by 1600, but it doesn't have to be that big.

2560x1600 is a screen resolution (number of pixels). 1920x1080 is the standard for HDTV's and many monitors. 2560x1600 res. monitors generally cost $700+.

What exactly is your budget for the monitor?

I know the difference between resolution and size.

1920 by 1080 is looking the most likely right now, but I am still shopping around.

So either your budget meets the near $700 required for the 2560x1600 resolution or...

Without telling us your budget I'm not sure how you expect to get a recommendation as a recommendation is always based on how much you can spend.
