Crash during battle loading screen. Help

Hey every time I play a battle it just crashes on the load screen no matter if it is low or ultra.

2 gig ram
I3
windows 7 64 bit

2gb of ram on Win7, 64bit is a waste of money. It is also minimum specs per CA.

Your graphics built into the i3 is good but only 64mb dedicated is not good when CA says 256mb dedicated minimum and robbing from the cpu.

You need more memory to fight battles.

Put another gig of memory in it, and you have a chance. Being Dell, I don't know how much upgrade room you have.

If it's Dell of old, no. They lock the BIOS on you.

hey sorry to bother you again but i did "can you run it " it i should be able to run it easier but one thing on the video card it down on one thing

and that is on the recommended spec so ignore the ram fail it passed on required

Ram fail AND video card fail.

i have 4 gig Ram so it didnt fail it just because it is like 0.18 off the recommended
but i got the game to work thank you for your help
