Ok its becoming a little hectic and crowded there is a team called Silgrad Tower. They mod for a game called oblivion but they have this system called the claim system. The way it works is there is a thread which lists the jobs that need to be done and modders then "claim a job" this way there isnt 4 people doing the same thing and it lets people know what you need done just a thought When you claim a job the person who is the thread creator marks it as being worked on
