    Default Lacie external HD ,file transition probs

    So my Lacie external HD is only able to accept files and store them but not to put them back on my first HD. This is weird since I formatted my Lacie some days ago and I have defragmented + optimalised it.

    Long story short ,when I tried to transition a folder of 20 Gb it stops at 19.5 left .
    this isnt just this folder but also others.

    any ideas

    Do you have proper admin rights to copy files on to your Main HDD?

    Do you have the UAC disabled assumig Vista or Win 7? Sure the transfer rate is fast enough?
