To me the meaning of becoming a civitate is I receive the civitates mark.
This mark represents many things, and not just recognition.
First and foremost this mark represents ones responsibility to the continued succes and growth of the TWC.
To be respectful and to offer assistance and encouragement for others to contibute to and participate in our community.
Hopefully, my conduct will make it clear to all what it means to be marked as a civitate.
