For exceptional contributions to the site in the capacity of a staff member.

March 12, 2006 Hader joined TWC. (so close to the Ides) By September he had attained his citizenship and took on the role as Tribounos (junior moderator). For the next 2 years and 8 months he served in the moderator branch. 1 year and 8 months of that time as a Global Tribounos (senior moderator). Hader has also be a Scriptorium Librarian, a position he held from the moment of the Scriptorium's creation in 2006, making him one of the longest serving librarians, ending his term there with 2.5 straight years of service. Hader also was the first, and to this day, only Modding Registrar, in charge of keeping an official catalogue listing all of TWC's registered game modifications. He also served two terms on the CdeC during his first months as a moderator. As a moderator (as well as librarian) he brought the first multiplayer sub-fora to the Total War games sections, and assisted in creating a more organized community when he held the now extinct office of Modding Liaison.

Hader currently holds the positions of Moderator Emeritus, Librarian, and Magistrate. In short he is the bee’s knees, the cat’s meow and all that. His quick ascension, him joining so close to the Ides of March, makes one suspect he is the God of War, Mars, but above all else, he deserves the Novus Award for his long and valuable career here on TWC. No he cannot and no he is not. Of course permissions are set for each group and reset one group at a time. So now he is an ex-emeritus as well as an ex- pretty much everything else as a part of the old old old guard. Also he is a Magistrate for a new duty. Hopefully he will also wear the Novus medal with pride shortly.

This might help.

I really wish I could be put in for support twice. I am truly grateful to Hader for both his work and his amazing attitude. He has always been ready for a chat (no matter how spammy) or some advice. He was my mentor when I first joined staff in late 2008.

Absolutely support, I worked with him on staff and he was always hard working, level-headed, and devoted to serving the community in every way (which I think is reflected by his recent election to Magistrate). Definitely deserves it.
