Constant Crashing In Campaign And Battle

Hi guys. Basically just installed 6.4 there; when I click start on a campaign or custom battle the game instantly goes black and CTD's. Ill be honest when I say iv tweaked the maps/base files descr_regions and descr_ground_types (for personal campaign map), but I didnt add any provinces; just tweaked borders.

Checking the log using *trace doesnt help, as its an entirely unspecified error.

Any ideas? It cant be the campaign folder as custom battles are also being affected =/

PS - Yes btw, UAC is disabled =/

Reinstall and don't mod it and see if it works. Just backup the files you modded, so you can re-add them if we get it figured out.
