AI Changing Capital

Is there a way to (through data/config files) disable the option to change your capital? Specifically for the AI?

I've had campaigns where the AI changes their capital and it ends up backfiring... their former capital rebels and weakens them greatly.................. it's very annoying

I've never ever seen this. The idea for the ai to change their capital is so that they might get more income. Gondor pretty much always changes from Minas Tirirth to Tarnost for this reason. Never seen it rebel though.

In all of my years, i've only seen only a couple factions change they're Capitols and only 2 out of those couple of factions have a rebellion. Which faction were you playing as?
