HELP! Mod Editing Question~

So I'm playing with son of romans' FROME and AUM epic campaign uniter sub mod and it's fantastic except I don't like the changes to unit creation requirements. I enjoy having to build up cities to achieve the higher ranking units gradually.

I was wondering if someone could direct me to the file/files that control that aspect of the mod so that I can adjust the unit creation requirements for the different barracks levels.

turn off Epic campaign one, thats the one that gives you elite units at the start, i think.
