How to disable cheats in the game?

Please help me, I need to know how I disable the cheats, because whenever I play, my nation begins to run out of money, I can not resist making "Add_money and spoils all the fun of the game

I used to cheat all the time, but Ive found the game to be more fun without them. The only cheats I use now are toggle_fow just to see whats going on in the world and add_money, but I only use that for tiny amounts like 1000 or less. Usually to help recruit a unit or agent that I dont feel like waiting an extra turn for. Doesnt happen too often though.

Have yo moma stand behind you and watch and whenever you cheat by adding money just have her smack you with a rolled up newpaper upside yo head and shout: "Stop Cheating"!
