    Default Game still lags

    I've been playing ETW and NTW (example) for some time now but 1 thing always bothered me...
    When I go to campaign map,the game lags and my fans go all the way up to 1700 rpm,but when I check the temp for the cores,it's giving 60 degrees at max...(Same with battles with 3000+ units)
    So what could be causing the lag? (graphics settings are set to automatic)

    That lag is due to low fps, frames per second you can't help it other than lowering your graphical settings and campaign map resolution.

    But my settings are already lower than normal,isn't it my pc?

    EDIT:Have considered overclocking,but i'm not too sure since I have a stock cooler.

    Be sure you know what you are doing overclocking. Both games actually hate it, and has caused crashes.

    You'll have to wait a couple months for that answer. It's not something the developers are about to test, as far as I know.

    Also, I would recommend getting better coolers first.

    The customers are the testers. About Shogun2, nobody knows until it's released.

    CPU, if you're gonna OC it. I dunno if Intel has beefed up their coolers with the new series, but the 775 ones suck.

    I'm delay it until I know I need to overclock.
    I5-750 doesn't heat up quickly,played NTW for an hour on high and the temp was about 55 max
