    Icon8 SOLVED "Returning to the Past" Bug

    Okay i'm angry this time
    Today I start my PC and i start to play Medieval 2 and the game returned to since it was in a beginning (without my new units, without "Crimson Tide Mod", without my custom textures, etc)
    What can i do????? Please!!!!!

    What Windows version?

    May want to try a Systme Restore point a couple of days back.

    May also want to run a deep antivrus, anti adware, malware scan. A bug may have caused it.

    2nd:Can be used on Win7? Where?

    Okay SOLVED i add the line:
    [io]
    file_first = true
    and load the game modded
    thanks irishron for your helpfull advices
    but why my .cfg file changed?

    1st & 2nd, Win 7 = click on Start, type in system restore above it, click on it, and the rest is its wizard.

    3rd, with this happening, it could very well be time.

    Ah, edit it your way, save it, right-click the file and in preferences, click read-only.

    I change it whenever I change something into the .cfg file
    I think that I might have been a virus

    It can be a virus. Have you run a scan?

    Windows Security Essentials is better then none.

    I don't know. I have not usedit. I have Zone Alarm Security suite on my computer.
