Domus Corvenii

OOC: Dammit guys, this Domus is is my summer cottage! , the Villa is the place where my character usually lives! DUH!

Flavius Julius Corvenus lives in a mansion in Corvinium. He is one of the most remarkable men in the village of Corvinium. The people don't know what to think of him; he's usually kind and generous to people, but when he is provoked, his temperament is almost uncontrollable. He is very proud of his village and it's noble people. Flavius's wife is Volcacia Quintilla, a patrician from Rome. Flavius saw her while returning from a senate office's meeting, and soon he proposed the woman. She had seemingly been interested of Flavius too, and so they married. Flavius has two servants: one man, one woman. Flavius's servants are also married; their mother and father were also servants in Flavius's father's mansion. Now Flavius owns his father's mansion. Flavius is also a relatively wealthy man, thus his generosity and kindness. Him being proud of his village and it's people, he does not allow insultive behavior towards his village or it's citizens. Once a patrician from Rome was visiting Flavius's house. He had said "Corvinium is not a village i would want to live in!", and laughed. Flavius drove the man out of the village in front of all the villagers.

Flavius's father was a senator too, and he was a very wealthy man. His father lost all his money in a vote for another patrician; and the task to gather a fortune of his own fell to Flavius's shoulders. Flavius worked hard on his farm; but he couldn't gather enough money to have a good nest's egg for his fortune. Flavius ventured to Rome, starting as a servant in a patrician family. His skills were quickly recognized, and he quickly rised to a high position. Soon he was the governor of Arpi, and he had accomplished his goal: to gather a fortune of his own. Now Flavius is 31, a senator, and a man well off for another adventure - this time in the Senate of Rome.

Flavius's Domus is cold place nowadays;only servants living in it, waiting for Flavius to visit it. Flavius would visit his father's house just because he wanted to keep company to his servants for a while; but he hates the place.
