Help needed! Game always crashes when...

...I try to play any sort of siege battle, regardless of settlement type. I looked around a little, but didn't see anything on this problem. Anyone have any idea what's up?

ummmm well I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the only way to fix this may be to uninstall the mod and reinstall it again

did you recently edit any files or install any submods? I'm guessing this problem hasnt always existed...unless you're new to the game.

Are you trying to play a campaign siege battle or a custom, quick or historical siege battle? It sounds like you are trying to set up a custom siege battle. There is a known bug and a work-around for this.

Brilliant! I didnt know and have never been able to play any siege battles that weren't in forts! If I were able to, I'd give you some rep

Glad to be of service. In case you were not aware of this, after you choose your desired settlement level in step 4 of the post, you may then change your culture type to any available in the pull down and then proceed. In other words it does not have to remain as 'Men'.
