Replace or add loading screen quotes???

Hi, if its not a long & complicated process i would really like to know if & how i can replace or add loading screen quotes.. i found the quotes.txt file in the data/text folder but i didn't want to touch it unless i got some advice & know what i'm doing..

Yes that's the file you want that quotes.txt in the data\text folder from there you can replace it.

And for adding:-

Don't know bro what's wrong with your setup but i have windows 7 and i use a dozen of 32 bit programs without any problems for example right now i'm using Google chrome(32 bit program) on my win7-64 bit OS.

Again its very simple don't know where the problem is.
For adding new quotes you need 2 files descr_transition_screen.txt & quotes.txt and that's it.
Say in the descr_transition file_screen.txt you add:-

	quote    "Quote_101"
	quoted    "Author_101"

Then go in the quotes.txt file in the data\text folder and put:-

{Author_101}XYYZ
{Quote_101}blah blah!

There is also one lookup file(descr_quotes_lookup.txt) for it but i think all lookup files are just RTW leftovers and not used by game.

tnkx again Ishan , so its not just the quotes.txt file that has to be edited but also the descr_transition_file_screen.txt FOR ADDING (which i had no idea) so i was right about asking first, & edit after

anyway i'll just replace those i'm not fond with, in the quotes.txt

Adding new ones is not that hard infact very easy add two new lines in transition file then in the quotes.txt file add them and write infront of them & done. Click that post i quoted and Gigantus has explained it in a way for a 2 year old so there is nothing you can miss about it.

No, its not that mate, i decided to just replace & not add is for 2 reasons, first because the quotes i wanted to replace are in BC2.02 & in BC there is no descr_transition_file_screen.txt in data file but in M2TW there is, second because there were 3 or 4 quotes in BC which i feel strongly against them & were really annoying me so i wanted them replaced. In fact i asked how to Replace or Add because Replace is what i actually wanted & i wrote Add aswell cos i thought if by any chance replacing causes some kind of error at least i could add more

Yeah i get that part now, anyways one more thing is if any file is missing in a mod then that means it is using the default vanilla file so you can put that default file there and edit it to add more.
