Units not responding to orders properly

I've got a serious problem - when I order my units to move, whether that's dragging a formation or clicking on the terrain, the units bugger off and do their own thing; they'll deploy themselves next to where I've told them to go, in a different formation.

The thing is, it was running just fine before, and I'm not sure what I did to cause this bug - I certainly never altered any files relating to the mod.
