    Hi,

    a friends has lost the activation code for the 10 extra units with the imperial edition, he's used the other 2 codes. anyone know if/how he could get this?

    If he damaged it when taking the sticker off then contact sega support with photo's and they will send you a new one otherwise im afraid not.

    Ye, you have to be extra careful with vouchers like that. I tend to redeem them the moment I open them.

    Indeed I heard from more people that the activation code was lost when opening the box.
    Try The Hedge Knight's advice. I think that's the only thing to do.
