not entirely sure if this has already been brought up or i suck at using search xD

anyway, which files and lines do i edit so that recruitment of assassins and spies do not increase your faction leaders dread

same goes for successful missions (the no dread part)
now i they do fail, then im all for the increase in dread, relations drop, and of course war (failed assassination attempt)

descr_faction_standing is a good place to start for the missions and export_descr_character_traits for the leaders traits.

the only file you need for this is EDCT that is export_descr_character_traits.txt file that eothese mentioned.
No need to edit descr_faction_standing.txt though as using spies and assassins doesn't affects the global rep of your faction.
