    Default Crusading army declares war

    I just need to get this straight: do crusading armies automatically declare war on you if they are just passing through one of your regions?

    Only if you're the Byzantines. It's a bug.

    Then again, I "might" have seen it happen at other times in the latest patch. I'm not sure. It's a bug in either case.

    I'm unsure about 6.4, but in 6.3 you could still lose reputation as they marched across your lands. That may have been a bug, unsure, but I actually had a pre-war rep form once or twice from people stomping through my turf taking the long way to the holy land.

    They only declare war on the target of the crusade, and they can't attack fellow catholics.

    so... is there any way to avoid being potentially at war with almost every crusader army that doesn't have a navy?

    I decided to go for a litte move_character approach to the problem. I thought of it as a little "friendly help" for the crusaders
