NO applicationdata/napoleon folder???????

Dear Guy's, made a new NTW install on my new PC, this from Steam!!!
There is'nt a applicationdata/creativAssembly/napoleon folder created, so I can't use ToonTW great mod wich needs a Scrptsfile!!!! How can I solve this, I have no idea!! Thanks for your support,....Appie

Yes I did, can't find the bloody thing.................argggggggggggg

it is in your C: drive , in case you have been looking in some other place, like your Steam folders.

C:\Users\[yourname]\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts

often, that folder is hidden, as Irishron says

You need to play the game once for the folder to be created.

Launch the game, start a campaign. Then exit.

I did Mitch, still can't find it. Not in programfiles, not in documents and settings, so............................I'm confused! On my old PC I could find it in programfiles???????????

I'd suggest going into your game again, and altering some of the options. This will definatly create the files and folder if they aren't already there.

Press the Windows Key + R to bring up Run. Or click Start and then Run.

Type..

%appdata%

Hit ok. Then find The Creative Assembly. The Game itself should use the same method as Windows to find your appdata location, so if it has indeed created the neccesary files then it should be where this command takes you.

Thanks very much Guy's, found it by using %appdata% run! But strangly I can't find it in document and settings/user!!

It can be a little tricky because there are other folders named "documents and settings".

You need the correct one.

Click "My computer", then C Drive, then "documents and settings". Then click the folder that has the user name you gave when you set up windows. Click on that and that has the appdata folder.

At least in XP, whether it is different in W7 I don't know.

Vista and Win 7 uses the Users folder.
