What is the weakest link in the chain of my computer?

Firstly, these are the specs of my computer:
- Windows 7
- 2 gb ram
- Dual core 2.6
- Radeon Xpress1100

When playing I experience a lot of lag, is the problem my video card?

I have considered buying a new video card, but am not sure that is the problem. The one I was considering is the ASUS ENGT240.

Thank you, I already figured it out, and this one fits my computer. I don't need to play on the hugest settings, normal unit size and normal graphic settings will do. Will this be possible with just my 2 gigs of ram?

2 gigs for XP. Vista and 7, you can sneak by on 2gb but use something like Game Booster to disable the background programs while you're playing.
