faster turn times in 6.4?

First of all, I want to say, this mod is the greatest modification of any game ever made!Seriously this is a dream come true! here is the issue, I used to play 6.3 with faster turn times, which in my opinion makes the mod much better with faster turns. Faster turn times, however, does not seem to work with 6.4, or does it? I tried faster turn 3.0, which worked with 6.3, but it didn't work. is there 6.4 version of faster turn times, or anyway to speed up how fast the AI plays?

out of curiosity, how fast are your turntimes in 6.4 compared to 6.3 with "faster turn times"?

about 40 seconds (sometimes a minute) in 6.4 and 20-25 in 6.3.
